Sunday MTB ride to Oxted

    Bob Green, you're looking good on the hills.
    This year I'm gonna get my fitness back and you can watch my butt disappearing in the distance in front for a change.

    I have been watching your rear and many others disappear uphill for a long time, it's fun to get your own back for a change.
    Anyway to get your fitness back,send off to Charles Atlas and wait for the muscles to arrive in the post or alternatively....get off your BIG fat butt and go find a hill!
